By accessing our website or submitting a registration form, you (“User”, “Parent”, or “Guardian”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Our coaching services are directed at school-aged students; therefore, any registration or contractual agreement must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

1. Corporate Leadership & Identity

The website and tutoring platform are operated under the leadership of Anoop Sharma, Managing Director of Nextgen Scholars. All academic policies, tutoring standards, and operations are managed under this corporate framework.

2. Services Offered

Nextgen Scholars provides premium, personalized 1-to-1 coaching enrollment for school students. The primary subjects offered are:

• English
• Science
• Maths

Sessions are tailored to the student’s current grade level based on the details provided during enrollment.

3. Registration, Communication & Consent

By submitting an enrollment or inquiry form on our website, you explicitly agree and consent to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information, including names, contact numbers, email addresses, student grade level, and location data.
• Communication Channels: You authorize Nextgen Scholars to contact you via the provided Phone Number and WhatsApp Number for updates, scheduling, homework coordination, administrative alerts, and promotional announcements related to our coaching services.
• Parental Responsibility: If the student is a minor, the parent or guardian takes full responsibility for coordinating schedules and overseeing the tutoring engagement.

4. Billing, Fee Payments & Third-Party Processors

All payment transactions for coaching services, registration fees, or package enrollments are securely completed through our integrated third-party payment gateway, PayU.

• Financial Data Security: Nextgen Scholars does not collect, process, or store sensitive credit/debit card numbers, net banking credentials, or wallet logins. All payment details are processed directly and securely by PayU.
• Payment Completion: Access to 1-to-1 coaching sessions is contingent upon successful verification of fees via PayU.
• Refund & Cancellation Policies: Specific rules regarding rescheduling, cancellations, and session refunds must be agreed upon separately at the time of schedule allocation.

5. Code of Conduct & Intellectual Property

• Behavior: Students and parents are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during all 1-to-1 coaching interactions. Nextgen Scholars reserves the right to terminate enrollment without a refund if a user violates basic behavioral standards.
• Proprietary Materials: Any study sheets, curriculum materials, mock tests, or educational content provided by Nextgen Scholars remain the intellectual property of the platform and cannot be shared publicly, distributed, or commercialized without written authorization from the Managing Director.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nextgen Scholars and its Managing Director, Anoop Sharma, strive to deliver top-tier educational guidance. However, academic results depend heavily on individual student effort, attendance, and baseline aptitude. We offer no guarantees regarding specific test scores, school grades, or competitive exam placements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operational headquarters of Nextgen Scholars, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
