3. Financial Isolation & Payment Security

To secure your student accounts, Nextgen Scholars coordinates billing through PayU, an external third-party payment gateway handler.

  • All transaction details, card values, or high-risk banking numbers are submitted directly to PayU’s secured portal.
  • Nextgen Scholars does not collect, log, or store sensitive financial coordinates on its local servers.

4. Children’s Privacy Protection

Because our coaching models specifically support school-aged students, we strictly adhere to minor safety standards:

  • Student data profiles and course registrations are explicitly expected to be submitted under the active guidance and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • If a parent discovers that a minor has provided data independently without validation, please reach out directly to our contact points below to coordinate immediate deletion.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Nextgen Scholars does not sell, lease, or distribute student profiles to independent marketing networks. Information is only exposed under specific operational parameters:
